Owned and run by the NHS, the NHS App is a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet — including prescriptions and appointments. You can also access your NHS account using the NHS website.
Through the App you will have easy, 24/7 access to a growing range of health services and information. It doesn’t replace existing services. You can still contact us in the usual ways.

Once you have verified your identity in the app, you will have easy and secure 24/7 access to a growing range of health services and information. You can:

It’s normal to experience some technical difficulties with the NHS App if your GP surgery is changing clinical systems or merging with another practice.
