Patient Participation Group (PPG)

At Lea Vale Medical we are dedicated to ensuring that we have the patient’s voice involved in decisions that we feel will affect the practice population. An engaged community who are represented through a Patient Participation Group (PPG) helps to strengthen the relationship between patients, staff, and the Practice.

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive the Practice and our staff.

Given our diverse and expansive patient population, we are eager to provide all our patients the opportunity to deliver their feedback and ideas.

Therefore, we established various pathways for feedback aimed at ensuring we capture the voices of all our patients and that it is representative of our diverse population. Patients can feedback through:

Lea Vale Voices

Provide feedback and ideas to the Patient Participation Group (PPG) via various engagement pathways.

The activities of our Patient Participation Group (PPG) and Lea Vale Voices will vary as they develop and evolve to meet the needs of the population. The Patient Participation Group (PPG) is open to all patients who are over 16 years old and are registered at the practice. For Patients who are under age 16 they are free to join with parental consent.

Please note that the PPG cannot become involved in matters of a specifically medical or clinical nature.
